Using My Account - User Profile

First is the User Profile, and it is here that you will find your relevant account information, as well as the capacity to make some changes. General Information simply lists your User Name and Email address, so you know that you are using the right account.

The User Profile also gives you the ability to change your Password. Just click on the link and you will be taken to your password fields, which you will fill out. Enter your Current password and enter your New password twice for confirmation, then click the Change Password button.

You will then receive a message confirming that your password has been changed.

Using My Account - Business Account

Next on the list of the My Account features is the Business Account section. Depending on your account access settings, you can see your account's business dealings with the site from this page. You can see your account information, as well as see all the Business Account transactions at once when you click on the Dashboard link.

If you don't want to do that, you can take a look at your Business Account transactions by type. First on the list are your Jobs, click on that and you'll find that they are listed down on the page. You will see details such as Job #, name and Status on the list.

You can click on individual accounts by their Job # to see their details.

You can also click on their invoice numbers to get the invoice details from there.

Next item under Business Accounts are the Quotes. When listed you can see details such as Quote #, Date, Job Number, Job Name, Status and the Amount quoted. You can also search through your Quotes by Quote Number, Status, Job Number, Job Name, Date Range, Specific Date, Dates From one date to another, or a combination of these factors. Just enter the information you are looking for and press the Search button.

You can also click on a particular Quote by its Quote # and get even more details about it, such as the Quote Expiry date, Customer PO, identity of who placed it, SKU and the specific items in the quote and their prices and quantity. From this window it is also possible to print your quote by clicking on either the Print to PDF or Print to Excel buttons at the bottom.

Orders is next on the Business Accounts list. The Orders section follows the same format as the Quotes section, with the items listed with their Order #, Date, Job Number, Job Name, Status and the Amount of their total order. It is also searchable by the same parameters or a combination thereof.

Clicking on the Order # will also provide you with the same additional details, such as Customer PO, identity of who placed it, Shipping information, SKU and the specific items in the quote and their prices and quantity.

Invoices follows the same pattern as the Quotes and Orders, with a list of invoices giving out their Invoice #, Date, Job Number, Job Name, Status and the Amount of their invoice. It is also searchable by the same parameters as the other two, or a combination thereof.

Like Quotes and Orders, the details of the particular invoice are accessible by clicking on a particular Invoice # . The Customer PO, identity of who placed it, Shipping information, SKU and the specific items in the quote and their prices and quantity are also here. From this window it is also possible to print your invoice by clicking on either the Print to PDF or Print to Excel buttons at the bottom, like you can do with the Quotes.

The Statements section of your Business Account gives a list of your Statements over a given period. The Statement period and Balance Due are given on the list.

Clicking on a Statement Period will give you the details of your Statements during that period, showing you the Type, Invoice #, Invoice Date, Job, Due Date, Amount, and the Balance Payments that you've made towards that amount.

Your total Balance Forward, Payments, Current Charges, Discounts, Service/Finance Charges and Balance Due are also summarized on top of the Statement details for that period. Like your invoices, you can also Print to PDF or Print to Excel.
